Terms of Use
Customer assumes responsibility for all damages to the limousine. This order is nonrefundable and nontransferable. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. The client and/or booking party agrees to smoke at his/her own risk and will be responsible for his/her guests. Smoking is not encouraged by the limousine company due to the plush velour, carpets and the leather interior of the limousine. Cigarettes will burn seats, door panels, carpets and headliners upon contact. Client agrees to pay immediately for any damages caused to the limousine and authorizes charge to be applied on his/her credit card without signing the charge draft slip.
** In non-smoking limousines, if smoking is detected by the chauffeur, the run will be terminated and no money will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
This order is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Cancellation must be made one week prior to the service date. Cancellations within 1 (one) week will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup will be changed and responsible for the full amount of the contract.Damage Charges:

Broken or Missing Glasses: $25

Damages to amenities of exterior of limousine: Quote by Management from estimate $
**By my signature, I understand that this is a non-smoking limousine and if smoking is detected the run will be terminated and no refund will be given.
Client agrees to all terms and conditions. Client agrees by signing to pay in full all charges.
